Azhar doesn't understand why it's so bothersome - nor does he really understand the reality of Emet's continued attendance. It's a little confusing, but that's nothing new.

"Emet-Selch..." He doesn't struggle with it that much, the syllables fairly straightforward as they are. There's a sort of thoughtfulness there, something that melts back into sincerity at the explanation. "I shall burn it into my bones." Another new thing to remember... but he'll be alright. His memory is pretty good.
