During a player's time in Myddvai, they will be able to exchange their Monthly Bonus Activity Check for rewards. These rewards will be limited to what is listed on this page.

Please link your character's Activity Check thread and the reward that you would like to purchase.

Item From Home (1 month Bonus AC)

An item from home, no larger than what can be held with two hands. Ives will access the character's memory to draw out a facsimile of the item. Ydris will then craft it. However, it will only be a reproduction of the item instead of the original. Any magical properties it had will not apply to the forged copy.

Anything that is technological in nature will only work if the character understands the inner workings themselves. Otherwise it's only the shell of the item. For example, a replica of a cell phone, but it can not function.

Anything living will be a plush/doll version lovingly stitched by Ydris.

Reroll on RNG (1 month Bonus AC)

This is a reroll on any RNG roll made by the mod team that isn't for an NPC slot. The player is able to choose their preference between the old roll and the new roll.

A character can only have one reroll banked at a time, but once it is used, they can purchase another.

Rerolls must be requested within 48 hours of receiving a roll. Every character in a group with an RNG roll has a chance to use their reroll, provided all players agree.

ONE TIME ONLY

A Taste of Home (1 month Bonus AC)

A low level version of a power from home. For example, someone who has access to destructive ice power on their world will be able to create a handful of ice cubes and be constantly cold to the touch.

Please describe the power you would like to regain and we will discuss it with you, and any adjustments that may be required.

Vampire Sponsorship (1 month Bonus AC)

Sponsorship is the ability for Pulled to call upon a specific vampire house for aid and resources. This can be done by using the runebook on the caravan post or individually coordinated with moderation through the familynames journal.

More involved requests such as favors/items/deep knowledge/etc... will be limited to roughly (1) large request per dragon arc per character. Character will not always get exactly what they ask for.

Please let us know which Vampire House you wish for your Pulled to be aligned with. Not all will be available to all characters, especially if Pulled have ICly attracted the ire of any houses. See here for our records of current sponsorships.

Proficiency in Magic (3 months Bonus AC)

An upgrade to the magic of the character's selected breed. Please go here for details.

No matter what breed the character is, even if they change it, they will have access to their current breed's higher level magic after purchase.

If a character's breed is changed the old magic is changed to the new breed's. Magic does not stack.

For example, if a character buys this as a mermaid and later becomes a human, they will be able to use the human's advanced magic. They will also lose access to all mermaid magic.

The character will still need to train the new magic. Please be reasonable about how long this takes instead of making it an instant talent.

The power I would like is Warping -- very short distance teleportation. Shadow would be able to warp a maximum of 15 feet in any direction through air or water. He cannot phase through solid objects, or through spaces smaller than 1.5 square feet (so no escaping from jail cells without decently-sized windows). He can take small objects (breadbox or smaller) with him, including shrunken characters -- but this is limited to one living thing. So no shrinking a bunch of pulled and putting them in a box to take with him!! This is primarily a fighting technique, used to gain the upper hand in hand-to-hand combat, but may also be used lightly for exploration. He would not be able to "chain" warps to climb a cliff, for example. He can only warp to areas in his line of sight.

If that one is too much, then please consider Chaos Spear! This ability would allow Shadow to create and handle spear-like constructs of green, glowing energy. These can be used as melee weapons, or can be thrown as a projectile. They aren't really elemental, but the closest thing would be plasma or lightning.

On either of these, I'm very willing to discuss concessions, compromises, and limitations -- just let me know! If neither of these powers are acceptable even with changes, I have other ideas too :]a

Hello! We welcome a discussion on Warping, as there is definitely a version of this power that works well with Shadow. He could have the power as laid out with a caveat to how it functions.

Seeing as he is a night elf, this Taste of Home would function like vampire magic, as his breed has vampire blood, though cannot normally tap into it in this way. What Shadow could realize is that rather than an instant-warp ability, this is actually a brief time stop power. He can cause a brief field around him that allows him to act while everything else is temporarily held in place. He is still limited by physical barriers in his way, but for approximately (3-5) seconds he can hold time still and act. He can use this (1) time per day. Limitations you laid out above would all work for this, provided you believe he can run/jump/swim/climb the distance he is traveling within a (3-5) second window. He could also grow/shrink (himself or others) using this window of time. One additional caveat is this magic does not timestop Druids, Fae, Dragons, or Vampires.

Alternatively, the Chaos Spear ability is allowed as you laid out, though it is also limited to (1) use per day.

Let us know which option you prefer!

HIIII Sorry for the late response. This would work very well, actually, as time manipulation is also something within his abilities at home! "gee shadow why do you get to have time AND space powers?????" So yes that sounds good! One use a day, 3-5 seconds. That's definitely enough time to kick someone in the mouth c:

Reward: A Taste from Home
Saori would like her fumokinesis power back. Basically, she can telekinetically manipulate smoke and her signature technique is making temporary constructs out of it. If she can think of it, she can create it but the size and durability depends on how much smoke she has. Generally constructs that are her size and below last longer. For example a standard knife can last 10 attacks but if she created an oversized great sword that's twice as tall as her, it breaks after 4 hits. Once the construct breaks or expires, she can't use that same smoke again. She can't generate her own smoke so she either has to carry it with her or use whatever's available in the environment.
